Organizational Resilience is Strategic Advantage
Naledi Group helps executive teams identify organizational vulnerabilities before they become business risk, operational disruption, or preventable failure.
We bring an investigative lens to organizational risk and resilience, helping leaders see what is difficult to see from inside the organization, determine what actually matters, and act before pressure exposes it.
The Problem
What aren't you seeing?
Most consequential organizational risks don't begin as crises.
They begin as something manageable:
-
A critical responsibility concentrated in one person.
-
A process everyone assumes works.
-
A contingency plan that has never been tested.
-
Growth that has outpaced internal structure.
-
Persistent friction leadership has learned to work around.
-
A vulnerability everyone sees a piece of, but no one is looking at in full.
-
Decision-making gates that have never been unlocked, oiled, or created.
Under the wrong conditions, small vulnerabilities compound into lost time, lost money, operational disruption, reputational damage, or preventable failure.
Naledi Group helps leadership find and address those vulnerabilities
before the organization is forced to.
Create Resilience by Design
Naledi Group's flagship engagement for executive teams that want to strengthen organizational capacity without unnecessary risk, loss, or compromise to what they have built is designed to identify, mitigate, and create resilience by default.
Crisis, change, and risk are not "what ifs." They are "whens."
When crisis and change happen, you are ready.
How We Create Resilience Together
Through investigative diagnostic work and direct collaboration with leadership, Naledi Group works to:
IDENTIFY
Surface vulnerabilities, dependencies, gaps, friction, and pressure points across the organization.
ASSESS
Determine which findings create meaningful business, operational, leadership, continuity, or reputational risk.
PRIORITIZE
Separate what is merely imperfect from what actually requires executive attention.
BUILD
Develop practical policies, structures, procedures, controls, and decision frameworks appropriate to the organization.
IMPLEMENT
Work alongside leadership to move solutions from recommendation into practice.
TEST & EVALUTATE
Put results to the test live via a tabletop or scenario-based live exercise.
The result isn't an assessment sitting on a shelf.
It's greater organizational capacity, stronger resilience, and leadership with a clearer understanding of where the organization is vulnerable, with the capacity to act.
See differently, Decide earlier.
Ways to Work with Naledi Group
Multiple ways to engage, one objective:
Stronger organizations prepared for what comes next.

Executive Advisory
Some leadership challenges require an experienced outside perspective rather than a full organizational engagement.
Naledi Group provides select executive advisory support around organizational risk, resilience, complex decision-making, change, emerging threats, and high-consequence business challenges.
Advisory engagements are tailored to the executive and the situation.

Speaking &
Executive Engagements
Naledi Group founder Amanda Heller is available for select keynotes, panels, workshops, executive discussions, and leadership events.
Speaking topics include organizational risk and resilience, leading before crisis, investigative thinking for leaders, executive decision-making, and the implications of changing security, geopolitical, and business environments.
Engagements can be customized for executive teams, professional organizations, conferences, and private events.

Corporate Workshops
& Exercises
Naledi Group designs and facilitates customized workshops and exercises that help leadership teams test assumptions, strengthen decision-making, and evaluate how their organizations perform under pressure.
From scenario-based exercises and risk workshops to resilience, crisis, and continuity discussions, engagements are built around the organization's real operating environment. There is never a generic tabletop exercise.
About the Firm
Naledi Group was founded by Amanda Heller, an Air Force Veteran and former federal Special Agent whose career has required her to investigate complex problems, identify vulnerabilities, evaluate competing information, and make consequential assessments in environments where assumptions matter.
Her experience spans the globe, covering investigations & methodology, risk and security, organizational assessment, and strategy to bring executive teams a perspective rarely available from inside their own organizations.
Naledi Group was built around a simple premise: the right time to discover an organizational vulnerability is before it becomes the reason everything stops.
If something inside your organization feels stuck, exposed, overly dependent, increasingly complex, or you simply want to know what your team may not be seeing, it is already time to talk.
